Important Note: Call times are billed in one-minute increments. Partial minutes used are charged as whole minutes. International rates are higher than U.S. domestic state-to-state rates, differ according to destination called and are subject to change.

In-state rates and rates for calls made to or from mobile phones may be higher. The in-state calling rates for all minutes purchased prior to January 1, 2007 will remain in effect until depleted.
