Calling Centers

AT&T is installing calling centers and phones in U.S. Military bases and camps in the Middle East and other locations. These AT&T Calling Centers have phones that automatically connect to AT&T USADirect Service for calls back to the U.S.; the phones also accept a variety of payment methods. Look for dialing instructions on the phone.

Here's a sample of typical instructions:

1. Lift the handset and press "A."

2. If you're paying with an:

AT&T Global PrePaid Card, wait for the AT&T prompt and dial your PrePaid 800 number. Then listen for further instruction.

AT&T Global Military Saver Plus Calling Card, wait for the AT&T prompt and listen for further instruction.

OR
3. If you're making a collect call, wait for the AT&T prompt, enter the number you're calling and say "collect" or hold for the operator.
