discounts are available with unlimited plan. Off net Usage: If your minutes of use (including unlimited
services) on other carrier's networks ("off net usage") during any two consecutive months exceeds your
off net usage allowance, AT&T may at its option terminate your service, deny your continued use of other
carriers' coverage, or change your plan to one imposing usage charges for off net usage. Your off net
usage allowance is equal to the lesser of 750 minutes or 40% of the Anytime Minutes included with your
plan (data off net usage allowance is the lesser of 6 MB or 20% of the KB included with your plan). Rollover
Minutes: Unused Anytime Minutes expire after the 12th billing period.

Minutes do not roll over. 15% discount: Offer terminates when you are no longer a qualified government
employee. Service discount cannot be combined with any other discount. Service discount applies
only to the monthly service charge of qualified plans and not to any other charges. Service discount
subject to corresponding Agreement and may be interrupted and/or discontinued without notice to you.
