- Caller ID With Name
Caller ID with Name allows you to see an incoming caller's telephone number and name (when available) when the call rings in.
- Call Waiting
With this feature you'll always get your call. A special tone signals you if there's an incoming call while you're on the phone.
- Call Forwarding*
Call Forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another number, such as your wireless phone.
- 3-Way Calling*
3-Way Calling lets you spontaneously add another caller during an ongoing phone conversation.
- 911 Service
AT&T is concerned about your safety. We want you to feel secure that emergency assistance is only three digits away, similar to standard telephone service.

- Call Logs
Allows you to see a list of the phone numbers you called and the people who called you.
- Voice Mail
Lets you retrieve messages left by callers when you are away from your phone or on the other line.
- Phone Book
Your Phone Book allows you to store and retrieve up to 250 names with up to six telephone numbers for each name.
- Locate Me*
Allows you to forward calls to (up to five other phone numbers) where you can be reached.
- Do Not Disturb
Do Not Disturb screens calls based on time and day of week. It sends calls to a special Quiet Time greeting but lets urgent callers ring through.
- Speed Dial
With this feature you can set up shortcuts for the numbers you call the most.
- Safe Forward Number*
If calls cannot be sent to your TA (e.g. if it is disconnected or you have a power failure), those calls will be forwarded to your Safe Forward Number. It can be your wireless phone, another phone in your home not attached to your TA, or a friend or neighbor's phone.
- Fax And Modem Support
Allows you to use AT&T CallVantage service with most commonly used fax machines and modems.
- Directory Assistance*
Allows you to access local and national directory assistance information, providing both White Pages and Yellow Pages listing information.
- Control By Phone*
Away from home? Use the remote calling feature to enjoy the same great features and rates (domestic and international) you get from home. Note to Softphone Users: Outbound calling, including Speed Dial, is not available via Control By Phone to Softphone users who do not also have AT&T CallVantage service with a telephone adapter.

- 2nd Line
If you live in a busy home, a second line may be just what you need.
When you sign up for AT&T CallVantage service, you can expand your service with a 2nd Line. Each line is independent of the other and each has its own phone number so you can use both lines at the same time. Both your primary and 2nd Line will be billed to your Master Account. If you are an AT&T CallVantage Service Unlimited Plan customer, you will be charged an additional $24.99 per month for a 2nd line. If you are an Unlimited Local Plan customer, the additional charge for a 2nd line is $19.99 a month.
- Simple ReachSM Number
With Simple Reach Number, for $4.99 a month, you can select additional phone numbers with different area codes and give them to people you talk to often. So when they call you, it won't be a long distance call. So even if you live in New York and your grandmother lives in New Mexico, she can call you and it won't cost her a thing.
- Add Phone Users - AT&T CallVantageSM Plus
AT&T CallVantage service gives you the ability to set up additional phone lines, add additional callers to all your lines, and give each caller several different ways to set up her features. All your charges will be accounted for on one Master Account, so you'll receive only one phone bill. Each additional user is $7.49/Mo. per user.
- Call Filtering
Call Filtering lets you filter calls based on who is calling. You can send calls directly to voice mail or block them entirely for $1.99 a month per line number.
- Record & Send*
Get the word out fast in the event of a snow day from work or school.
Use Record & Send to broadcast a message to several different telephone numbers at the same time. You can also manage Record & Send using your AT&T CallVantage service phone.
- Conference Calling
With Conference Calling, you can set up a call with 10 people for $0.35 per minute per conference on the call. Please note that if you disconnect and re-start the same call, you will be charged again.
* When dialing into AT&T CallVantage service remotely you may incur additional charges for non-local calls, hotel service charges, or cellular mobile charges. If a non-local number is used for 3-Way Calling, Call Forwarding, Locate Me, Safe Forward Number or Record & Send, long distance or international charges may apply depending on plan and number called. Up to 2 listings per Directory Assistance call for 99¢ per use.
