Can I place calls to international numbers using 3-Way Calling?

Yes. Briefly press and release the telephone switch hook or press the "flash" button to put your current caller(s) on hold, then direct dial the international number by dialing 011, the country code, then the phone number. When the international party answers, press and release the telephone switch hook or "flash" button a second time to join everyone to the call.

The international call will be billed at AT&T CallVantage service international calling rates.

Can I use Locate Me to reach me at an international phone number?

Yes you can. If you enter an international number in your Locate Me web page, be sure to begin it with a "011", followed by the country code and the number within that country.

Call Logs tracks outbound international calls, and Caller ID information (if available) is displayed for inbound international calls.

What happens when an international caller leaves me a voice mail?

You receive the voice mail as you normally would, and for calls identified by Caller ID the caller's name and number will show up in the From field.

While international calls do not show up on your Call Logs page, you can view a record of international calls made from your AT&T CallVantage service phone by viewing your online bill.

Can I block outgoing international calls from my AT&T CallVantage service phone?

Yes, you can. With International Call Blocking you can block outgoing calls to international phone numbers (it does not block calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam). It does not block incoming international calls.

International Call Blocking can only be set by the Master Account. It can also be turned off at a later time if you decide you want to allow outgoing international calls.

International Call Blocking is an included feature available to you at no extra charge.
