How can I check the status on my order?

Once you place your order, AT&T will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. In addition, you will receive an e-mail when your adapter is shipped with an estimated delivery date. If you need to check on the status of your order, please call Customer Service at 1-866-596-8464.

When should I receive my adapter to install my service?

It can take approximately 7-10 business days from your order confirmation date until you receive your adapter. If you are transferring an existing telephone number, this may add some additional time to process your order.
